Our vineyards are grown following traditional organic farming methods, as are the olive groves, the vegetable garden, the fruit trees and all main ingredients used in preparing the delicious Tuscan dishes that are served at the farmhouse.
At the farmhouse we keep our own honey bees and our Maremma cows are bred naturally, fed on hay and seeds from organic crops. We are very passionate about they way we grow our food and we are proud to offer our guests the chance to taste the typical products of our Tuscan land.
We have also teamed up with other local producers that share our organic farming philosophy in order to bring our guests the ultimate tasting experience!At La Tenuta you will be spoilt for choice with the wide range of local food on offer, from deliciously smooth and fruity olive oil to selected cured hams and cheeses, and from  a wide selection of wines, to freshly prepared dishes cooked in traditional Tuscan style. For your taste of Tuscany, come and join the various food tasting sessions organised at La Tenuta.
