Our organic farm is offering a truly unique opportunity. Now everyone can experience the final stages in the transformation of olives into delicious olive oil. Our location in the Maremma park allows our olives to bask in a much milder climate compared to central Tuscany, making them plumper with a smoother taste, perfect with fish and other gentle flavours. This location, perfectly sheltered from the cold northern wind blowing in from the hills, also makes our olive harvest a fantastic experience for anyone wanting to get involved.
Round off your visit with a trip to the oil mill where, in front of a crackling fire, you can taste our freshly prepared olive oil on delicious toasted bread.
