The estate is the starting point of two of the most beautiful routes (C1 and C2) of the Maremma Regional Park, which provide insight into some of the most evocative interest points of the area: la Torre Bassa, le Vasche di Argilla, la Caletta del Salto del Cervo, as well as views of  Sgrottati e del Poggio alle Sugherine. The maximum altitude during the hike is 292 meters above sea level, and can be reached either through the forest on a medium-high level hike, or via an easier trail.
